This role is ideal for someone starting their networking career and eager to gain hands-on experience by working alongside experienced engineers on real-world client environments.

If you have CCNA-level knowledge, are completing or have completed a degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field, and are motivated to learn and grow, we’d love to hear from you.

Bonus points if you’re familiar with Python, Linux, Bash, or network automation tools.

It was an honor to welcome Eric Dietz, Charge d'Affaires of Luxembourg in Prishtina, to our offices!

During his visit, we had the privilege of showcasing how 3CIS operates, providing a comprehensive overview of our solutions, engagement methodology, and our mission to foster the tech scene in Prishtina.

We highlighted our impactful Resource Development Program, which, over the past 15 years, has successfully recruited, trained, and developed over 1000 students, empowering them with valuable skills for the tech industry.

Additionally, we were excited to inform the ambassador about our participation in Nexus 2050 in Luxembourg, an annual tech event that offers three days of discovery, inspiration, and learning. It's a platform for encounters, networking, and matchmaking, and we're thrilled to be a part of it!

We are pleased to announce that we have recently signed two agreements (MOUs) with notable institutions as part of our collaborations. Firstly, we have partnered with the University of Iowa on the USAID - US Agency for International Development-funded Activity "Private Sector Partnerships to Strengthen Higher Education."

This collaboration provides a valuable opportunity for both parties to combine their expertise and resources to enhance the quality and relevance of higher education in Kosovo, particularly in the field of ICT.

Secondly, we are equally excited about the collaboration between SHPIK and 3CIS to shape the future of IT professionals in Kosovo. This partnership demonstrates the commitment of both organizations to foster innovation and excellence in the tech industry. The focus on dual learning, professional development, and curriculum alignment with industry trends is crucial in ensuring that students are not only well-prepared but also industry-ready upon graduation. 🚀🎓

We are honored that our CEO was graciously hosted by Ambassador Jeffrey M.
