The Ransom Solutions Southern Tee Party is coming up September 24th, and we still have a few opportunities to get involved!

We’re making our final push for tournament sponsors and hole sponsors. Because we need to get logos to the printer, the sponsorship deadline is Wednesday, September 9th.

Can’t sponsor this year? Put together a team! Grab some friends, coworkers, or customers and come spend the afternoon with us. Team registration closes Tuesday, September 22nd.

This tournament is about a lot more than golf. Every sponsorship, team, and dollar raised helps Ransom Solutions provide job training, employment, housing, and support for men and women working to overcome homelessness, addiction, and incarceration.

It’s TALL Tuesday, and today we’re proud to spotlight Connor Benefield of Baker High School!

Connor plans to pursue either a degree in Forensic Chemistry or Crime Scene Investigation at the University of Southern Mississippi, with the goal of building a career in forensic science. His interest in this field reflects his curiosity, attention to detail, and commitment to making a difference.

At Baker High School, Connor is a member of Key Club and the National Honor Society. He also serves as a member of the Drug Education Council’s City/County Youth Council, demonstrating his commitment to leadership and community involvement.

Outside of school, Connor enjoys reading and collecting antiques. We’re excited to see where his passion and dedication take him as he works toward his future in forensic science!

Congratulations to our first Hankins High Achiever Award recipient of the school year, Alexander West from Hankins Middle School!

Alexander was selected after receiving two outstanding nominations from his teachers, who describe him as respectful, kind, studious, and a well-mannered young gentleman. He is an independent thinker who consistently completes his work, volunteers to help when needed, and sets a positive example for those around him. His teachers are confident that he has a wonderfully bright future ahead!
