Ideal redesigned St. Louis Park City Hall’s East Wing in January 2025, creating a bright, functional space for the Tech & Communication departments. We prioritized employee satisfaction, collaboration, inclusivity, and biophilic design.

Key changes included relocating private offices to maximize natural light, reducing workstation sizes to add four extra desks, and incorporating height-adjustable desks with lockable storage. We also created two meeting spaces: a glass-enclosed formal conference room and an open collaborative area.

By reusing existing demountable walls and furniture, we met budget, style, and timeline goals. The design process took eight months, with installation completed within a year

Sarah recently graduated from the University of Minnesota with a bachelor’s degree in Architecture, where she developed a passion for biophilic design and arts and cultural design. As our new Designer and Project Management Associate, she’s ready to bring her creative vision to life, crafting interiors that are not only beautiful but also meaningful and functional.
