Routing jamb legs to match the slope of the door sill for a custom exterior door.

I used the CNC to cut a template that matched the profile of the sill for a precise fit. The end grain in this case gets sealed before assembly to prevent water from wicking up into the jamb over time as it’s exposed to the elements.
