A chair designed nearly 80 years ago that still looks this good.

The J-39, created by Børge Mogensen in 1947, is a beautiful example of his approach to everyday furniture — simple, functional, comfortable, and made to last.

This is a Jack Cartwright dresser for Founders, made in Brazilian rosewood.

And honestly, the wood is what makes it.

Look at that grain—it’s rich, dramatic, and completely unique to this piece.

Cartwright kept everything else clean and simple: the straight lines, the slim legs, the small pulls.

This Bernh. Pedersen & Søn Danish Modern tambour-door teak credenza needed careful attention to bring it back to its original beauty.

We restored the teak, worked through the tambour doors and details, and made sure the piece was ready for everyday use again.

The result is a beautifully refreshed vintage credenza that keeps its original character and is ready for many more years.
