I have all these tips and ideas in my Home Building Checklist. 👉 Get it at BuilderBrigade.com 3 Home Upgrades that are cheaper to add now vs later: 3-Extended concrete around the house so there is no need to step in the grass. Fun for the kids and makes home maintenance easier. 2-Outlets, they can be added later but it’s way cheaper now when sheetrock isn’t in the way. Pro tip: Take a video of the walls prior to sheetrock, you’ll be able to see where you can make changes in the future. 1-Interior Insulation, we think it’s on all the walls but it’s not. Def worth adding for bathrooms, bedroom, and laundry. Rockwool makes the best IMO. SafeNSound it’s called.
