Our Story

We are the Brushwood family. Welcome to our page, and to our life.

We started out with a photography company. After joining and researching several entrepreneur groups, we started seeing so many other options in business, and in our own personal aspirations. I always loved creating and decorating, and Eric always had an interest in wood working. While I was running the photography business, Eric started a cutting board business. After a few cutting boards, a wine rack was created. Pretty soon after that, I realized we really enjoyed working together on products. I took my knowledge and skills from photography and implemented them into the Brushwood. Eric is a miracle worker with building all things wood, and I make it pretty.

Our creations have a modern farmhouse feel. We try to promote a simplistic lifestyle with a southern charm. We hope you fall in love with our products and our family the same way we have. We love sharing our life with our customers and can’t wait to see what the future holds.
