A huge thank you to everyone who supported Mealed It! this Tuesday! While we didn’t hit our goal, we’re thrilled to share that we raised an amazing $7,890 to jumpstart our fundraising efforts.

Cheap plug for 2024:
(We have multiple “jobs” we balance daily)

1. We invest in real estate. If you or a family member are upside down in a property, or you inherited something that’s distressed, or your parents or grandparents own a distressed house, if it’s a good fit for us, we can write up cash offers that close quickly with no contingencies. I want our Facebook friends to know that we do this as a full-time gig. We also offer consulting for people wanting to flip.

2. I own and operate a video production company. This is a full-time gig for me. It has been my full-time job for over 5 years. Vista View Productions

3. Erica Powell James owns The B***y Shop in downtown Greenville. It has become a bit more self-sufficient in recent years but it is still where a lot of her time goes.

4. Erica is also a realtor. She has helped countless friends buy and sell their real estate. She represents us in all of our transactions. We have worked deals that cost $40k and deals that exceed $1million. I’m biased but she is a kickass realtor and takes care of people while always fighting for her clients best interests. GVL Dwelling closed over $4million in real estate transactions last year.

5. We own and manage two Airbnb properties in downtown Greenville. We’d like to expand this in the future.

My goals for us this year:

- Source 4 flip properties in Greenville

- Purchase commercial property

- Double closing volume for RE

- Produce a short film

- Close 3 new retainer clients for Vista View

- Work towards obtaining a contractors license

New work for LSC for a campaign project.
