🔧 BladeWorx is growing — and with growth comes change!

Over the last year, we’ve seen a huge increase in the amount and variety of sharpening coming through our doors. That’s an awesome problem to have, and we’re incredibly thankful for everyone who continues to trust us with their tools and equipment!

But as our workload grows, it’s getting harder to maintain the quick turnaround times we were able to offer when we were a much smaller operation.

So, we’re growing up a little too. 😁

We’ve started putting new policies, procedures, inspection standards, and documentation in place to help BladeWorx operate more like the professional sharpening operation we’re becoming.

That means aligning our work more closely with industry standards and professional practices, documenting more of what we do, improving quality control, and sometimes taking a little more time to make sure a job is done RIGHT.

You may also start seeing more realistic turnaround times depending on our workload and the type of service needed. We would rather give you an honest timeframe and do the job properly than rush something out the door just to say it’s done.

We’re still learning. We’re still improving. And as BladeWorx grows, our standards are going to grow right along with it.
