A full circle moment! We first renovated this student housing property back in 2016 and now, ten years later, we're back in 2026 to reimagine it all over again. Turns out great design (and great clients) never go out of style. New students, new style, same partnership we love.

At SouthPark Interiors, we believe every project deserves a signature moment. For The Vine, one of our senior designers Monica Figueroa took that to heart and hand-created this original fiber artwork herself — bringing texture, warmth, and a completely one-of-a-kind touch to the space.

We're getting so close to the finish line with our clients at Hillridge Capital on The Carson here in Charlotte. This capex project has been a fun challenge for our team.

In such a saturated market, it's hard for an existing property to stand out. The Carson sits in a prime location, between Uptown, SouthEnd, and just steps away from Bank of America Stadium.

We knew we had to knock this design out of the park. Through careful collaboration and comprehensive market research, we looked at every single area to see how we could make this property not only more aesthetically pleasing to potential new residents, but more functional and useable for current residents and management.
