The tool today… a flush trim router bit, specifically by Freud Tools USA 😉

This specialized cutting tool is used to trim one material edge flush with an adjacent edge.

✔️ Pilot edge- rides smooth against reference edge to match the dimensions of the reference (master) piece
✔️ Cutting edges- Slices away the overhang stock of the workpiece to match the dimensions of the reference piece
✔️ Bearing placement- located at the bottom for standard flush trimming or near the top for pattern routing

We used this today in the shop & it’s saves us time & makes the job look better- it will do the same for you 😉
