Keep going. Some days work out perfect; but we have a tendancy to only notice the difficult ones. When you have a good day, an easier day or a great day, take the time 30 seconds to meditate on it. Your brain will reminisce about it during the difficult days!

I asked my daughter how she was; she said; “ok just tired, down and a bit grumpy”. I told her that was allowed. But one gratitude exercise she could do would be to focus on what you do have.

Do a mental inventory; starting with your health; family’s health.

Then think of worst spouse you can have, and realize you are lucky not to have a grumpy spouse.

Then think about what it would be like to be homeless….

You get the drift.

If you go through about 10 of those type questions you will feel, maybe after cry. The air isn’t as heavy as it was before you started the mental exercise. 😘
