This little house is owned by Mr. and Mrs. Cruz, they are a charming older couple. The before pictures shows their home in a state of functional for them. It simply needed a slight WOW factor. They are on a budget in order to get to their next destination. This house listed a year ago for approximately 9 months. It had a total of 8 showings and did not sell. Mike Caylor allowed me to come in and stage the week he listed it. I came in on Thursday, by Tuesday it had 4 showings, and a bidding situation by Friday. In one week not only did they get an offer for listing price, but they got %1.2 percent over their asking price!
