Here in Gulu we have a serious excess of shopping bags! So upcycled them into pot holders with a homemade loom. If you can think of any other way to upcycle these bags please let me know! I'm all ears! PS. These remind me of something I'd find in my Nanna's house...

Another project in the works: beautifying the vege patch. Hopefully will look even better when the herbs from in the upcycled water bottle hanging pots!

Sometimes projects are a bit of a flop, like today's, but I figure so long as you give it a shot that the most important thing. What was suppose to be a lamp shade is now a... nest? Kindling? ....?
