Job Title: Junior Engineer (Fresher)
Location: Mogadishu-Somalia

Job Description:

As a Junior Engineer (Fresher) at Tabsan you will be an integral part of our engineering team. Your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

1. Support: Assisting senior engineers in project planning, design, development, and implementation.
2. Problem Solving: Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and solve engineering challenges.
3. Documentation: Maintaining detailed records, technical documentation, and reports.
4. Quality Assurance: Participating in quality control and testing procedures to ensure product or project reliability.
5. Learning: Engaging in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in your chosen field.
6. Innovation: Contributing ideas and insights to improve processes, products, or systems.
7. Safety: Adhering to safety guidelines and promoting a culture of safety within the organization.
8. Adaptation: Willingness to learn and work on various projects and technologies as required.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Bachelor of engineer
- Strong passion for engineering and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing project requirements.
- Basic knowledge of Auto cut, Sketch up 3D, Rendering software is a plus.
- A strong work ethic and a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and apply new knowledge effectively.
