OTL Systems was set up in 1996 with the co-operation and technical assistance of Fritz Schafer GmbH of Germany, who was a 50% shareholder of the company [the other was held by Oriental Technology Co. Limited, (OTL), Hong Kong] between May 1997 and March 2000, but whose investment in the company was sold to OTL in March 2000.The product range and production technology have been enhanced since that
time.OTL acquired ISO 9001-2000 Certification from TUV Management Services of Germany in 2003. OTL Systems’ factory is on a 60,000 square meter site in the Industrial Zone of Nanjing, Jiangsu Province, China. The facility is equipped with sophisticated machinery, which enables OTL Systems to be at the forefront of storage solutions both in product quality and development. OTL has successfully completed over 20,000 projects globally so far, including over 2,000 automobile spare parts shelving projects. Over 200 Automated Storage and Retrieval System [AS/RS] projects ( One project has 30 meters high racks, quite a few with 27 meters high racks and mostly around 21 ~ 15 meters high ). A good portion of OTL customers are reputable foreign investment companies both in China and globally and about 30% of our clients are with repeat orders demonstrating their trust in OTL products, quality and service. OTL products have been exported to Oceania, Asia and the Pacific, the Middle East, Africa, Europe, South America and North America. Globally speaking, we have done a lot of projects in Columbia, Ecuador, Peru, Panama in South America, and many projects in Dubai, Sudan, Australia, USA, Philippines, Thailand, Malaysia, Russia, Romania, etc. We have also completed projects in Saudi Arabia with Munif Al Nahdi Group (Mize auto-parts), UWC Logistics (sister company of Al-Eyasi Group), Doghmal (Toyota Dealers), Ba-Khashab (Isuzu Dealers), Nissan Al Issa, Petromin etc to name a few.
