We were proud to participate as mentors at Out of Thin Air (OOTA), a two-day event hosted by the University of Central Punjab. The event brought together ambitious students eager to challenge their thinking, learn from industry professionals, and explore new possibilities for their careers.

Our team had the opportunity to share insights, mentor participants, and discuss real-world challenges and opportunities within the gaming and technology industry. Seeing young talent engage, question, and grow throughout the event was truly inspiring.

Students and faculty members from UMT recently visited Finz Games for an interactive industry engagement session.

During the visit, participants received mentorship from senior industry professionals, gained insights into real-world game development workflows, and explored career opportunities within the gaming and tech industry. The session focused on bridging the gap between academia and industry through practical learning, guidance, and meaningful discussions.

It was a great opportunity to connect with emerging talent and share experiences, industry expectations, and growth pathways with future professionals.

Had an insightful upskilling session with the Google team at Finz Games.We focused on sharpening our skills, exploring better practices, and learning what it takes to build stronger, scalable products.

The direction stays the same: Continuous learning, clean ex*****on, and data-first thinking.

These sessions push us to grow, reflect, and level up as a team.
Looking forward to applying these learnings in what we build next.

Taking a break from our daily routine and stepping onto the padel court with the team turned out to be a fantastic experience. The energy was at its peak, and it was great to see everyone fully engaged, competing, and enjoying the moment together.

More importantly, it highlighted something we value strongly — building a culture where people connect, engage, and grow together beyond work.

Ramadan is a beautiful reminder of the power of community and togetherness. While we cherish the quiet moments of our daily office Iftars for those breaking their fast at the studio, last night was truly special.

The entire Finz Games family stepped away from the screens and headed out together for a grand team Iftar dinner! It was a fantastic evening filled with great food, laughter, and the chance to celebrate the incredible artists, engineers, and creators who bring our mobile games to life. We are deeply grateful for the talent and strong bonds that drive our studio forward every single day.
