'Start with a great tile, and the rest will fall into place.'

We have all been hard it the last few weeks! Bailey from has helped bring our bathroom vision to life. Those herringbone tiles in the ensuite are *chefs kiss*

We took on the tasks of tiling the entry, dining room and kitchen area. Those big 1200 tiles were a mission .. but we got there in the end and its amazing to finally see the different spaces of the home come into their own.

The final fit off is in process and then its onto the final stretch of the build ... landscaping 💪

The one thing that brings it all together in this home is the paintwork. Andrew Stark from Stark Contrasts Ltd has put all his heart and craftsmanship into the finished paintwork. Encouraging everyone who walks through to feel his workmanship. Touch the architraves, the window sills, the doors .. through his efforts he's given us another avenue to feel the home.

Everyone plays a big part into getting our projects to this interior stage. From us fitting off the plasterboard and finishing trim, to the meticulous interior plastering and sanding. The efforts up to this point help propel the painting to its next level. And once Andrew has done his magic, everything else in turn compliments his work.

The beautiful kitchen, laundry and scullery units fitted by Pete's Joinery are a bold showstopper, and the Michaelangelo engineered stone benchtops installed by Bramco act as a complimentary blanket that curves gently inviting you into the kitchen workspace.

There are so many more finishing details that are yet to be put up and we cannot wait for you to see it all come together.

We've both been looking forward to this part of the project. Finally getting stuck in to working with the American Oak and creating some beautiful features for the spec home.

The most gratifying part is that there will be physical aspects of this home that you can touch, step back to admire and share that with others.
