Off to a lovely home in Warkworth. Oh the stories this Antique chest of drawers could tell. It started life in England and then came on a ship to its New Zealand home in St Heliers. I restored it in the Little Atelier in Laingholm and now it has travelled to a home in Warkworth.

Delivery day for this cute set. A lovely home by the sea.
Antoinette, little glass k***s and pink spots, perfect for a little girls room.
Originally from England, this Pine Chest of Drawers and matching Bedside has been hand painted in Annie Sloan Chalk Paint in a blend of Antoinette and Pure. Sanded smooth and finished in AS White Wax and buffed up to a sheen.
Little glass and brass k***s have been added.
Solid wood throughout except for the drawer bottoms and backs.
Bevelled edges and curved corners.
Lots of storage in the easy slide drawers. There are a few areas of darker pink that have “ bled through”, on the top so I have reduced this set down from $475.
Collect from Laingholm or we do offer a delivery service in Auckland.

Solid Baltic Pine Chest of drawers from England.
Hand painted in Annie Sloan Chalk Paint in Coolabah Green, a lovely soft Sage colour.
Sanded smooth and finished in a coat of AS White Wax and buffed up to a sheen.
Beautiful craftsmanship with dovetailed joins, beveled top and scalloped base. Easy slide drawers on wooden runners. Lovely brass drop handles. A few little dents and scratches showing its age but no borer.
This would be a lovely piece in an entrance or living area. Plenty of stoage in all the drawers.
Collection from Laingholm. We do offer a delivery service within Auckland or we can work with your chosen carrier if you live in another city.
