Today I created this twin bread bin using bass wood ply and laser cut and engraved it. I will be opening my online shop, and it will be the first item listed. So, support local makers and businesses so that we can grow our economy and not someone else's.

Did a bit more work on the cnc build recently. Added the cable chain to the gantry and down the side of the table.
Next week I will fix the clamp down extrusions to the table.

Spent a day installing the z axis yesterday. With business enquiries on the low due to omicron outbreak in Auckland I took the chance to work on this project

Spray coated and ready to get installed onto the bridge pier and filled with concrete by the customer.

Concrete mold that I 3d rendered, sliced and cnc routered into layers. Used high density polystyrene with the correct adhesive. Then sent it off to get spray coated and will then be placed onto the edge of 2 bridge piers that are being constructed in Auckland.

Rebuilding the cnc controll cabinet. Have an idea of using a RHS piece of aluminum as a heat sink and EMI shield between acdc and the electronics.

So we are in level 4 lockdown which sucks but has given me the time to do the things I have not had time to do. Bought a home built cnc which arrived in parts from Blenheim 8 months ago.

There are now 2 of the 3d wall tiles placed on top of one another. Next week I will make 4 more and show the dramatic effect on a wall.
