RPB Construction

Taken over a small renovation job in milford the previous builder couldn't finish it due to the 3 month hold up for engineers and council to sort it out. Client is very happy with our progress. Poured 3 pads (sand foundation) ready for steel install Monday.

The lad had to dig the pads out 700x700x300. Whilst lying on his stomach , we couldn't open up the floor. Lucky for him it was sand ! The house was built in 1923 and hasn't moved.

Started this small conversion of a garage into a council consented laundry, bathroom office and lounge area. Mt roskill

Started this Saturday, client had to wait 3 months for the gates! We will finish the second half Tuesday.( edit. Finished, pics added )

Just completed before and after shots of a new stairway. Wasn't straight forward , the client wanted the stairs put on an angle coming from the deck to follow his boundry fence line yet to be built.
This client Paul, reached out to us as a next door neighbor to a job we have been doing in torbay. He was very impressed with the deck and pergola we had done. And this is the first of 3 jobs he wants us to do.

Beach Haven extension bathroom completed.

Doing our bit to be a sustainable building company. Recycling Autex Insulation and the brick's, all left overs.

We dont just build new houses or renovate , or consrruct decks, retaining walls ,pergolas We dabble in cabinet making as well , sort of ! A Push to open shoe draw built into stairs at the front door internal landing. The client loves it! Co Design RPB, builder & chief designer Sean Perry

Tiles are done, waiting on painter to finish ceiling then Plumber and electrician to finish it all off

First go at a underfloor heating system , green light is a go !
