I really love working on these pre-war Corona's.
They are so small and tiny and easy to lift and work around (on my bench). This is not to say they are EASY to work on. They are finicky and hard to adjust. Often worn out & needing donor parts.

🪛 But I always love the end product, a shiny, like-new typewriter. Ready to type your story whatever it may be. Clancking out a sentence at a time.

That's why my work matters to me. Every day a new challenge. Put some nice tunes on and enjoy the happy vibes and peacefulness in my workshop.

Happy Easter to all who celebrate. It's one of the most beautiful spring holidays celebrating renewal and new beginings.

Our Amsterdam team of two will be celebrating next Monday, when Eastern Orthodox Christians celebrate Easter (most of the Balkan nations, too.).

Catolic and Orthodox Easter are mostly celebrated 1 or 2 weeks apart. But some years it coincides on the same date.
