Cousins in arms for Feadship: Tom and Henk de Vries win ISS award!

Feadship directors Henk and Tom de Vries have been presented with the Leadership Award during the annual International Superyacht Society’s Awards ceremony in Fort Lauderdale. The committee of peers and competitors that made up the jury for the award had this to say about the De Vries cousins: “They have an extraordinary ability to believe: to believe that it can and it will happen.” To make the night complete for Feadship, the 46-metre Feadship Como won the awards for best yacht 40-65-metre and overall best interior.

Feadship Heritage Fleet invites owners to gather in Fort Lauderdale

The Feadship Heritage Fleet is organizing a get-together for American owners of classic Feadships over thirty years of age during the 55th Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show. The event will be held on Saturday 1 November 2014.

While Feadship has a rich history in all parts of the world, its yachts first began to earn their unique brand status in the United States. From the moment the Feadship Capri won the prestigious Queen of the International Motor Boat Show title in New York in 1953, owners flocked to the Netherlands to commission a Feadship.
