主席刘会耀表示：”砂人联党自重组之后，团队摈弃过去的政治包袱，全心投入在为民服务的工作上，贯彻砂人联党创党至今始终不变的宗旨。我们相信脚踏实地的工作，用心和行动去建立，始终都比每天在报章上展开口水战有益，至少是真正让利于人民。自上任以来，我给团队们许多的自由，让他们在自己的岗位上发挥创意扮演领导的角色，他们也的确花了不少心血和努力，利用这个平台，致力于改善当地人民的需要，这是我所看见的。虽然目前并不是很完美，但我们都在试着尽力而为，接下来我们仍会继续努力。”

今天下午，我与团队前往诗巫医院探望一名在车祸中受伤的居民。
很欣慰看到他的情况已经稳定下来。我们也与林福星牧师一同为他祷告，并由林牧师为他祝福。
愿上帝看顾他，保守他早日康复。🙏
This afternoon, we visited Sibu Hospital to see a fellow resident who was injured in an accident.
I’m thankful to see that his condition has stabilised. Together with Pastor Lim, we joined in prayer as he gave his blessing.
May God watch over him and grant him a speedy and full recovery. 🙏
