Stickylight is a recording space exploring unconventional and untested possibilities in music, sound and media. It is also Ronnie's living room.
I am the front person of currently dormant KL indie-art-rock-pop band furniture, a member of no wave band Ciplak, and an occasional collaborator of the Experimental Musicians And Artists Co-operative Malaysia (EMACM). Stickylight is my studio and music workspace founded in 2003 and currently in its 3rd iteration. The studio has produced eps, albums and film scores, among them are:

was meant to be a 1 week distraction from my months long work on solo album .
it has been 4 weeks since because i kept getting ideas i needed to pursue - 5 limited edition tea-albums, a new bandcamp website, 1 live performance video, and finally this, a glitch remix video.
this will be the last of it for a while, back to my gently weeping keytar.

I showed this video to my art mentor who not unexpectedly said it was crap, nobody would sit through 22 minutes of static camera footage, I should have included looping close up shots to go with the sound loops, I could have done it better, don't expect this video to help me sell any CDs, and at best it is good documentation which is also important.
I totally agree with him. So here is my good documentation of performance number 6, with Jeffrey Lim as audience.
