Noel's interest in art began in the 90s, with Maltese names: Andrew Diacono, Debbie Caruana Dingli, and Anton Calleja, a friend he first approached for a gift for his parents. His eye turned international later on, influenced by the tastes of a few individuals in his inner circle.
Today, his instinct shapes how onepercent works with clients, often suggesting Maltese artists to international collectors, giving them something rooted in the place they've chosen to be.
For Noel, the best design is when the art and objects that make a house feel like the person who lives there.

Light as a material.
Meagan Streader's Wave tiles are wall-mounted LED units in acrylic and rose-gold mirrored backings, which have been installed in different configurations according to their context. Each tile varies slightly in colour and tone, and the whole piece shifts as the light in the room changes around it.

'One' has been in progress since 2020. In 2026, when this work was presented in the onepercent showroom, 'Wieħed' was installed on the Xwejni coast.
Austin Camilleri's practice moves across painting, sculpture, architecture, and film, circling the same questions about what it means to be human in a world that exceeds us. This is the work that Noel Pace and curator Andrew Borg Wirth placed on the walls at onepercent.
