👷HPL Compact Laminated Board (Compact HPL/ Phenolic Board) အကြောင်းသိကောင်းစရာများ👷
✅(1) HPL အလွှာပါးပါးလေးတွေကို မြင့်မားတဲ့ဖိအားတစ်ခုရဲ့အောက်မှာ ဖိသိပ်ပြီး အမတန်ခိုင်မာတဲ့ Solid Board တစ်ခုအဖြစ်အောင် ပြုလုပ်ထားတာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။
✅(2) သာမန်အားဖြင့် HPL အချပ်လေးတွေဟာ အထူအားဖြင့် ၀.၈ ကနေ ၁.၀ မီလီလီတာပဲရှိကြပါတယ်။ အဲ့လိုအရွက်ကလေးပေါင်းများစွာကို High Pressure တစ်ခုအောင်မှာ Solid Core Board တစ်ခုဖြစ်အောင်လို့ ပြုလုပ်ကြရပါတယ်။

✅(3) Phenolic Resin + Kraft Paper/HPL အလွှာတွေကို အပူချိန် 140°C - 160°C ၊ 1000 - 1400psi နဲ့ ဖိသိပ်လိုက်တဲ့ အခါမှာတော့ waterproof, fire-resistant, impact-resistant ဖြစ်တဲ့ HPL Compact Laminate Board တွေဖြစ်လာပါတယ်။
