This was a fully operational, busy functional most sought after Home Stay Venue in Matara, Home Stay Matara. At many premier booking engines, Booking.com, Agoda.com, Airbnb Home Stay Matara was published and got many positive reviews from TripAdvisor showcasing us to get many business.
Apart there were long term rentals from some foreign guests who were on UN missions and Academic Assignments.
After the Easter Attacks the foreign rentals were almost collapsed which had some adhoc local rentals. With the Covid19 the Apartment facility was completely shut down; though there were some inquiries for isolation and quarantine, we did not let it for those.

Matara is the Centre for southern, and can be utilized as any type accommodation center , so that the all are safe and secure while they are in a bubble in this pandemic situation.
Altogether 25 persons can be allocated which is adequate enough for the travelling staff.
Even after the pandemic situation our facility can be used as Managers Quarters, Leisure / Holiday / Visitors' Bungalow.
