The scent of wood becomes part of the wellness experience.

At the spa of HemanaireHemanaire Slow Living Valley, every bespoke furnishing element is crafted from reclaimed Cedar of Lebanon to create an atmosphere of calm and balance.

Its naturally balsamic fragrance gently fills the space, while the warmth of solid wood invites guests to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with themselves. Combined with custom-made solutions designed specifically for the project, the result is an environment where every detail contributes to relaxation.

At Riva1920, we believe wellness begins with the materials that surround us.

From wellness areas to complete hospitality projects, our team develops tailor-made solutions with exceptional production flexibility and uncompromising craftsmanship.

Spaces designed for rest. Materials chosen to last.

For the guest rooms of Hemanaire Slow Living Valley, oak and Cedar of Lebanon were selected to create interiors defined by light, warmth, and natural comfort.

The soft tones of the wood complement the resort's stone walls and vaulted brick ceilings, creating a seamless dialogue between architecture and interior design. Every bespoke furnishing solution has been conceived to offer guests a feeling of tranquillity, where natural materials become part of the hospitality experience.

Every hotel tells its own story. At Riva1920, we transform each vision into tailor-made furniture, supporting every project with production flexibility, technical expertise, and the quality of Italian craftsmanship.

Where hospitality meets craftsmanship.

For the restaurant at Hemanaire Slow Living Valley, every furnishing element was designed to enhance the dining experience through the warmth of natural materials.

Solid oak brings balance, authenticity, and timeless elegance to the space. Its rich grain and warm tones create an inviting atmosphere, perfectly complementing the flavours of Italian cuisine and the quality of the ingredients served.

More than furniture, these are elements that contribute to the experience, creating spaces where guests feel welcome from the very first moment.

Every contract project is unique. At Riva1920, we develop bespoke solutions with maximum production flexibility, supporting architects, interior designers, and clients from concept to completion.

Every project begins with a vision. Ours begins by listening.

At Riva1920, quality is not only measured by the materials we select or the craftsmanship behind every piece—it is defined by our ability to transform ideas into reality.

Thanks to the flexibility of our production and the expertise of our craftsmen, we work alongside architects, interior designers, and private clients to develop tailor-made solutions, adapting dimensions, finishes, wood species, and construction details to meet even the most demanding design requirements.

From a single bespoke piece to complete furnishing projects, every request is approached with the same care, precision, and attention to detail that have distinguished Riva1920 for generations.

Because true craftsmanship doesn't ask you to adapt to the product. It adapts the product to your project.

Some things cannot be rushed.

Every movement in our workshop has a purpose. Every cut, every joint, every hand-finished surface is the result of experience refined over decades. Precision is not simply a technical requirement—it is a way of respecting the material.

At Riva1920, craftsmanship lives in the details that often go unnoticed: the accuracy of a dovetail joint, the smoothness of a hand-sanded edge, the patience required to let wood reveal its true character.

Behind every piece stands the knowledge of our master craftsmen, passed down from one generation to the next. A heritage that deserves to be preserved, because woodworking is more than a profession—it is a culture, a responsibility, and a legacy.

This is where every Riva1920 product begins: with skilled hands, authentic materials, and a passion for creating objects that are made to last.

Precision is never accidental.

Every detail of A-BOOK, designed by Fabio Di Bartolomei, is the result of skilled hands, trained eyes, and years of experience. Behind every smooth edge and every flawless finish lies the dedication of our craftsmen, who transform solid wood into furniture built to last.

Quality is achieved through hundreds of small gestures, repeated with patience and precision. It is in these moments that craftsmanship becomes visible—not only in the finished product, but in every stage of its creation.

At Riva1920, we believe that excellence is measured in the details that many never notice, yet everyone can feel.

Because true quality begins long before a piece reaches your home.

A familiar object, reimagined through design.
𝐏𝐈𝐍, the new coat stand designed by Authentic Design for Riva1920, takes its inspiration from one of the simplest everyday objects: the head of a pin.

Its sculptural silhouette recalls the rounded shape of a pinhead, reinterpreted with a purposeful detail. The top is gently cut away, creating a flat surface that allows jackets, coats, and garments to rest naturally without losing their shape.

Crafted from solid wood, PIN combines functionality with a clean, contemporary aesthetic. Every curve is carefully considered, transforming an ordinary gesture into an elegant design experience.

Sometimes, the best ideas come from the smallest details.

Bila House, located in Avalon, New South Wales, is a remarkable residential project conceived by Jamie Durie and Silvester Fuller. Completely off-grid and environmentally conscious, the house redefines sustainable living through architecture, innovation, and a deep respect for the natural landscape.

This same philosophy extends to the interiors, where natural materials, timeless craftsmanship, and thoughtful design shape every space. Here, the Bungalow Collection, designed by Jamie Durie and produced by Riva1920, becomes a natural expression of this vision.

Created to adapt seamlessly to both indoor and outdoor environments through different wood species and upholstery options, the Bungalow Collection preserves its identity while responding effortlessly to the architecture that surrounds it.
