On 5 August 2026, India Foundation, in collaboration with India Habitat Centre, organised a panel discussion on ‘Challenges and Opportunities for India and the Indo-Pacific’ at India Habitat Centre, New Delhi. The panellists for the discussion were Amb Veena Sikri, Former High Commissioner of India to Bangladesh; Commodore Jai Bedi, Executive Director, National Maritime Foundation; and Prof. Swasti Rao, Associate Professor, Jindal School of International Affairs. The session was moderated by Capt. Alok Bansal, Executive Vice President, India Foundation.

The programme will begin with initial remarks by the experts, followed by free-flowing discussions.
