RNA Mirage, our sea-facing residence in Worli, is now featured in ELLE DECOR India. Led by our founder and principal designer, Krish Kothari, the project was built on a single conviction: that luxury lives in restraint, not excess and that every material should earn its place before it is ever seen.

“The most expensive decisions in this home are the ones you can’t see. 10,000 sq ft gives you room to be loud. We spent it on restraint,” says Krish Kothari @krishkotharii of KKD Studio @kkd.studio. Across the 33rd and 34th floors of Worli's RNA Mirage, the studio composes a sea-facing duplex in marble, bronze and Hermès orange. It is a family home carrying the poise of a private gallery. On the 33rd floor, the living room opens toward the water beneath a hand-set mosaic mural of palm and banana leaf, made up of 10,000 individually placed pieces, with Vittoria Frigerio sofas dressed in Hermès and low Gallotti&Radice tables keeping the seating loose and conversational. The dining room, wrapped in fluted bronze screens, is built for night, with a Serip chandelier suspended above a burnished De Castelli table surrounded by Henge chairs. On the 34th floor, the primary suite is anchored by a full-height fireplace in green-veined stone, its television and flame set into a single slab, with a bed laid low against a bookmatched marble headboard crowned with curios. Guest rooms resist repetition, from petrol velvet against quilted leather to Minotti's Supermoon sofa curving through a room of Fornasetti faces. “Luxury at this level isn't about what a room contains; it's about whether a room can make you stand still,” says Kothari.
