I find that balancing the challenges of running a company with personal well-being is the key. Quality time with loved ones, and with myself; is; for me, the essence of everything.
To aim for this balance, I focus on regular physical and mindfulness practices, together with a fair share of friend gatherings and travels.

While managing the growth of the business is important to ensure that financial goals align with your values and lifestyle, striking a balance between financial success and personal fulfillment is key to long-term happiness.
