Mid Century Modern 1960s.

The coffee table is in very good condition and the two smaller tables have a couple of age related marks but in general they have a very good finish and very rich colour.

We got an answer!!!

The little mallet on the right. We guessed it was a jewelers mallet because its tiny. It also has a concave top which we didnt understand.

Our good customer Tim who volunteers at Portsmouth Historic Dockyard recognised it!

Its called a Servers Mallet and this tool is being used now, to restore The Victory in Portsmouth.
It is used when a rope is made around another rope.

Trying to sort through, and clear, without success, some of my stored possessions and I found these cards where I stuck all of the old tickets I kept.

I would be most interested in anyone who knows about The Archway Tavern in London.
My drunken memory tells me thats where I saw a band playing U2 and Simple Minds.
But im fairly sure this was where I was expected to donate to the IRA! Irish pub, North London? Wind up?!
