We are offering our spacious & modern static caravan for private rentals at Greenacres (Haven )in Morfa Bycham, Porthmadog .We welcome famlies and couples ,The decking has lockable gates . Maximum of 6 people

Late bookings must have 2 clear weeks to allow forms to be sent out to you .
Late bookings must be paid the same day as booking is agreed otherwise the booking will not be confirmed
Our holiday home includes :
* 3 bedrooms (maximum 6 people ) 1 Double room & 2 twin rooms that the beds can be placed together to make a double .
* French doors onto the decking where the afternoon sun catches lovely .
* Double glazing & full central heating that runs from mains gas (fair usage applies)
* Full sized fridge & 3 drawer freezer
* Electric flame effect wall mounted fire .
* Free standing large comfy sofa and arm chair
* Eye level oven with grill and integrated microwave with a separate hob and over head extractor .
* Large shower with fan extraction in the main bathroom & a 2nd toilet/hand basin next door .
*Free standing dining table & 4 chairs
*Plenty of storage in the kitchen cupboards & bedrooms
*32 inch TV in the double bedroom with free view
*40 inch free standing TV in the living room with sky via free sat or freeview.
* Rattan patio table and chairs
We also have a good selection of books ,DVD's and games .

Open plan living and kitchen, the kitchen is offset with a little island. Shower 2 toilets. 3 bedrooms .
We always ensure the van is clean upon arrival so do expect it to be left the same.

Lots of living space. We are very family orientated. We have decking that has a gate at the side and front. Seating on the decking . Books, Games, Good selection of DVD'S ,Beach items. Your welcome to use .
Pictures are taken of the bedrooms without linen on the beds as this is how you will find the van (this is to eliminate problems of giving the impression bed linen is provided .)
Pillows & quilts are provided but you will need to bring along your own sheets/pillow cases & quilt cover (all beds have mattress+ pillow protectors , we also have waterproof quilt protectors should these be required)
Single beds can be moved together by moving the small bedside cupboard to form a double bed .
Central heating from mains gas which is monitored for fair usage . Radiator in each room with a 24 hour timer .
ENTRY is 2pm
DEPARTURE is 10am (Keys to be collected and returned to Reception) in peak time
This is to ensure time for checking all is ok and changing bed protectors ect .
Greenacres is a Haven site with lots do do both on site and off site. We have black rock sands that you can walk onto from the site. Porthmadog town has the harbour, steam railway, lovely array of shops ,super markets. We are a good base for visiting some beautiful places. The site is kept very clean and tidy.
Walking to the beach access on the site is around 10 minutes
Bus stop on site that runs to Porthmadog town.
