A pair of bespoke fitted wardrobes designed to sit naturally within the character of this room.

Rather than running wall-to-wall, the design was split either side of the existing fireplace, preserving it as a focal point and maintaining the balance and proportions of the space.

The cabinetry features face-frame construction, panel-moulded doors and decorative cornice, finished in Farrow & Ball Peignoir with Corston Kilburn cabinet k***s.

Inside, Finsa UK Lissa Oak brings warmth and contrast, with soft-close drawers and Häfele UK Ltd LED lighting that switches on automatically when the doors are opened.

Designed, manufactured and installed by James Hewitt Furniture by Design, with every detail tailored specifically to this room.

This European oak vanity was made for a beautiful bathroom designed by Sarah Chiswell Interiors

The fluted panel detailing adds depth and texture to the oak, while the Corston Architectural Detail hardware works perfectly with the warm, natural finish.

Finished by hand using Fiddes Woodfinishes to protect the timber while allowing the character and grain of the oak to remain the main feature.

We’re looking for an experienced cabinet maker or joiner to join our Plymouth workshop.

This role would suit someone with cabinet making experience who takes genuine pride in their work and wants to be part of a business that values quality over quantity.

Initially offered on a subcontract basis, with the opportunity to become a permanent member of the team.
