We had much to celebrate in worship today. On this Pentecost Sunday as we focused on 'Church, Arise' we enrolled two members of our congregation as adherents. Michael and Bob both provide a great service to our corps and community programme and adherence is a positive reflection of their faith journey.

The morning of February 3 was especially difficult for Ukraine after a major attack on key civilian infrastructure. Key services such as electricity, central heating, and water supply facilities in Kyiv and Kharkiv came under intense attack, coinciding with temperatures that plummeted to -19°C. Many civilians lost their homes as a result of this attack.

Please remember Ukraine Division in your thoughts and prayers, as we are on the front lines assisting civilians—especially the most vulnerable—to endure these inhumane conditions.
