South-facing room washing out your paint colour? 🌞 Frenchic Colour Expert Jen’s secret? STOP fighting the light and use it to your advantage with colours that love it back.

✨ Want calm and cosy? Go deeper. Richer tones soften strong daylight and keep the room feeling relaxed.

✨ Want fresh and energising? Choose brighter shades with cooler undertones to keep things crisp and lively.

TOP TIP πŸ‘‡
Before you commit, try our Peel & Stick Paint Samples. Made with REAL paint so you see the true shade in YOUR home, from morning to night. πŸ πŸŒ™

πŸ“Œ Save for south-facing rooms!

Good evening lovely ones πŸ₯°

How has your week been? I have been recieving deliveries for getting the 1st room refurbished ! FINALLY.... movement after 2 years of stillness. The first room will be my main bathroom in my private suite. Yes , I have a private suite , wahoooo! 2 years without hot running water and no functional bathroom has been not easy but I will appreciate it all the more I say. Will speak more on it soon..

But today I want to talk about how we start to look deeper at the spaces we live in .

Our homes speak in different languages and understanding them gives us a much deeper insight into our mind. The first thing to begin to learn is simply by observing.

Is there anything you have noticed that you hadn't before?

Let me know below πŸ‘‡

Hello lovely ones. Its taken me a bit of a time to come back again... I am not sure why but there must be reasons. So here I am and want to begin sharing what I have learned, researched and understood about what I see in our homes and how it can be used to support us in a deeper way.

I suppose I had to live though a little bit more before I got my head around it all, ha!

So first. ......What is House Alchemy

Big love and hello againπŸ‘‹

Your home is not neutral.
The light, colour, layout, and atmosphere you live inside
shape your nervous system, clarity, and sense of self.
House Alchemy is learning how to read that information
and use it to support real life.
I’m about to begin restoring this house consciously
and sharing the process as it unfolds.

07/12/2025

The restoration begins now. ....

not at the end as a reveal,
but here, at the beginning, as a becoming.

Alchemy House is raw, unfinished, full of history and possibility.
And as I restore each room, I am restoring myself
and I will show you exactly how I’m doing it, step by step, in real time.

Not from perfection.
From process.
From truth.

This is the rebuild of the house, the colours, the layers, the woman.
This is the beginning.
Welcome to Alchemy House....

Part 2, The Descent and Return

Sometimes you don’t disappear.
You descend.

A house.
A shell.
A mirror.

France held me while I rebuilt.
Slowly. Quietly.
Room by room β€”
and self by self.

Not a disappearance.
A return.

Thank you for welcoming me back with warmth πŸ™Œ

Hello beautiful ones.

It has indeed been a long time but there was a good reason and this time I am ready to return for real, ha!

A few posts about what happened and where I went physically and mentally and what I found out about how our home is really just our mirror and when you use it in this way and learn its language something magical happens in your body , mind and soul.

I am going to share everything I have understood and lived and take you my new journey of renovating Alchemy House in France from the very beginning .....

I can't wait to show you all the wonderful things I have learned ✨️

THE POWER OF WATER πŸ’§

Water memory can positively influence your home's atmosphere by using charged water. To charge water, infuse it with positive intentions, affirmations, or blessings, or expose it to soothing music, healing crystals, sunlight, or moonlight. These practices are believed to enhance the water's energy, promoting harmony, healing, and well-being within your living space.
How can you use the benefits in your home?
placing bowls of charged water around the home, using it for plants, or incorporating it in baths can create a more nurturing and balanced environment. You can also use charged water for cooking, in diffusers for a fragrant atmosphere, or sprinkle it around the house for purification and to invite positive energy.

Our house in essence holds memories imprinted in the water content of the materials used. This can lead to positive or negative feelings depending on the emotions the house has been exposed to. It's always a good idea to regularly cleanse your rooms. You can do this using sage or frankincense, placing crystals that carry the benefits you want to feel in the room, burning a candle in a bowl of sea salt and if you have an uncomfortable room, tapping the walls to reset the energies can help.

Positive water memories means your walls can literally support your wellbeing. Always try and use natural materials when you can as they hold more water than synthetic materials. Using lime plaster, natural clays and mineral paint give maximum results in this amazing natural phenomenon πŸ™Œ

Have a try and see what happens!
