We recently resined this concrete and screed floor as well as installing a chemical DPC and applying tanking slurry to the walls.

Repaired the kitchen wall and membraned, also the floor drainage system is working well moisture coming out the building as part of the drying out process.

We're going to have to put some bricks in where this wooden wall plate has completely rotted away otherwise the wall could collapse, this wall is single 4 inch brick and you can see the back of the neighbours plaster at the back of the slot, we are going to have to be very careful membraning this wall.
