I have been on this estate for nearly 30 years and it as served me well. 😁

The monthly rent is £1210-inc vat
Rates are free.

I am asking £10’000 for all fixtures and fittings and you can simply take over the rent, its already for you to start manufacturing.

The factory is in failsworth M35 and is literally 2 mins from J22 M60.

My lease is due but i can keep it on a rolling agreement. The property also includes maintenance and the landlords have always been good in looking after things.
