Having come from a retail background myself, I didn’t believe it was possible to get into the service industry without experience within this field. I was lucky enough to come across Podium and meet the lovely Charlotte, who I now call my manager! We discussed the role and how my skills from retail would support me in a new career path. This gave me the confidence I needed to take the next step. The 9-5 job became my reality and I have now joined such a great working environment and there’s no going back.

Every day brings a new challenge, and this was a career path I didn’t think was possible for me, due to my experience of work. However, with the right training, support from Podium and the greeting of friendly clients every day, Podium has helped me settle right in. I am so grateful to be a part of such a tight-knit team.
