A beautiful vintage chair given a new lease of life in our London workshop. Cleaned and reupholstered using new foam, calico and cotton velvet, diverting 7kg from landfill.

All of our pieces are painted by hand and never sprayed. We use upcycling as a tool to train local adults with barriers to work and education in hands on skills to improve employability, increase confidence and reduce social isolation.

Sindercombe Street, Antique Style Dark Wood Cabinet with Glass Doors
A medium sized dark wood cabinet with elegant glass doors and five shelves, offering plenty of space for displaying books, china and treasured pieces. A classic design that brings a traditional feel back into the home.
This little rocking chair has seen some life.
After being neglected by its previous owner, its going to take a bit more tlc to get it back in tip top shape. We'll be cleaning, fixing, filling, sanding, priming and painting this little cutie before its ready for its new home. What colour should we paint it?

We don’t have a van or a driver on staff, so sometimes we’ll have to hire a local driver to come and collect your donations. As a super small charity, we have to be mindful of this cost, so we may have to ask for a small contribution towards the cost. Its usually much less than the local authority bulky waste charge, and your furniture won’t end up being incinerated and it’ll get a new life.
We understand that some people aren’t in a position to make a contribution towards the cost, so we’ll always try to make it work, but sometimes its just not possible or economical, for us, as a charity.
We’re always grateful, even to be thought, of when your furniture is needing a new home.
