This composition demonstrates how bespoke joinery can be used to turn a functional appliance wall into a fully integrated architectural elevation. Rather than allowing the ovens to read as separate objects, they are recessed within a deeply framed volume of natural timber, giving the entire installation a stronger sense of hierarchy, proportion and permanence.
Banquette seating has long been favoured in interior architecture for its ability to optimise both space and experience. It occupies less floor area than freestanding chairs, improves circulation, increases seating capacity and often incorporates valuable hidden storage, all while creating a more intimate dining setting.

Designed to transition effortlessly between display and function, the bespoke walnut joinery conceals a full fold-down bed behind its panelled façade. When closed, fluted glass, deep green cabinetry and open shelving create the impression of an elegant built-in display; when opened, the entire composition transforms to reveal a sleeping space tucked discreetly within.
It is a thoughtful example of how multifunctional design does not have to compromise on character. Every element has been considered to allow the room to adapt when needed, while still feeling intentional, refined and beautifully resolved when the bed is out of sight.

Discreetly integrated alongside the appliance bank, a wine cooler creates a dedicated environment for a wine collection while remaining almost entirely concealed within the surrounding joinery.
Precise temperature management helps ensure each bottle is stored in the conditions it requires, while the thoughtful integration means functionality never interrupts the visual rhythm of the kitchen.
