Made by hand. Shaped by tradition.

Our upcoming Longpi Collection celebrates an ancient pottery craft from Longpi village in Manipur, India, practised by the Tangkhul Naga community.

Each piece is formed entirely by hand, without the use of a potter’s wheel. Serpentinite stone and weathered rock are mixed with water, hand-moulded, dried for several days and fired for up to six hours.

The surface is then rubbed with Chiron leaves for its distinctive finish, with woven cane added as a final detail.

No chemicals or artificial colouring are used throughout the process, creating pottery that is naturally beautiful, food-safe and made for modern living.
