Post #2 - Probably the best before-and-afters from any project! Alongside my trusted architect and structural engineer we took this from an idea to planning permission, building warrant and completion. Originally two flats we merged them into one beautiful home, and my trades teams completed all aspects of the refurbishment. A speactacular end result for a great client.

Every project or room is the culmination of lots of sampling, discussion, the odd mistake and many WhatsApps with the client - but the end result is always worth it. More Phillip Jeffries wallpaper in this dining room, EICHHOLTZ chandeliers and some perfect art and antique furniture the client had already.

Back to a shell and start again in this beautiful lounge. We rewired and plastered before fitting a new bespoke Carrara marble fireplace, then some sprayed oak panelling and cupboards were installed. Back panels and room all in Phillip Jeffries wallpaper, curtains in GP & J Baker embroidered fabric. An oak floor and brass details like the radiator mesh and carpet well trim finish things off 👌 never get tired of a frame TV
