For our upcoming kitchen, every element has been considered as part of our design consultation process - from the contrasting warm walnut and soft stone-toned cabinetry to the waterfall surfaces, open shelving and tailored storage.

The result is a kitchen with its own identity, where materials, proportions and detailing work together beautifully. No standard formula. No design limitations. Just furniture created specifically for the room, the home and the people who live there.

A galley kitchen with real presence. Cabinetry in a sophisticated colour, enriched by subtle pearlescent veining, is paired with warm oak textures, delicately veined surfaces and brushed metallic detailing to create a beautifully layered contemporary interior.

The parallel layout draws the eye through the room, while illuminated wall furniture and herringbone flooring introduce warmth, depth and movement. Bespoke storage and ergonomic design ensures every detail has been tailored to the space and the way our clients live.

Elegant, fresh and beautifully simple, this AEG recipe pairs delicate scallops with aromatic fennel seeds, fragrant lemon zest and fruity olive oil. Gently cooked using SousVide to keep them wonderfully tender, the scallops are finished with fresh lemon and a touch of fleur de sel for a light, refined dish that’s impressive enough for entertaining yet surprisingly quick to prepare.

Ingredients
• 500g scallops
• out of the shells (without roe)
• 1 tsp fennel seeds
• 1 tbsp lemon oil or fruity olive oil
• 1 unwaxed lemon
• Fleur de sel

Method
Serves 4
1. Grind the fennel seeds finely with a pestle and mortar. Wash the lemon and grate the zest.
2. Mix the seeds and zest with the oil and vacuum seal this together with the scallops in a SousVide bag. Ensure that the scallops lie flat beside one another in an even layer.
3. Place the bag on shelf level 3 on the ‘SousVide’ programme and cook at 60°C for 10 minutes.

To serve
Juice the lemon and sprinkle the cooked scallops with this and a little fleur de sel.
