I’ve decided to put the Cab-a-van up for sale! Need to make some room for the next project.

It’s a blank canvas at the moment. Fully insulated with double glazed doors and windows. Larch cladding and larch/ply interior finish.

Dimensions are:

Length - 575cm
Width - 230cm
Height - 290cm

The trailer is a brand new Bateman road legal trailer made in Stockport for me. It’s at the limit for towing weight so local delivery only otherwise it will need to go on a low loader.

Original plan was for a double bed, toilet cubicle, shower cubicle & an open plan living/dining/kitchen.

Comes with steps, benches will be removed from inside.

Option 1: Sold as it is £18k

Option 2: I can complete it to your spec if you’d prefer it finished (price to be discussed)

A huge thank you to all the course hosts and participants this year. All over the country I’ve been so so very blessed to have met some amazing souls and hopefully share a little of what I know. Some of you are already cracking on with your own builds which fills my cup more than you’ll ever know.

I feel very very lucky to have met every single one of you.

Day 2 on the framing course and its butterpats galore…fab frame completed and the second is well under well!

Oh and mustn’t forget Poppy the course dog, loves fuss and a shady spot.

Lovely first day of the framing course. Huge effort & lots of smiles despite the baking hot sun and a whole load of peeling.

Not often you have to raise a drawbridge to get to work!!

This Friday we start the final 3 day framing course of the year!

We are very fortunate to be able to run the course from the fabulous Dani Harrington . The course is all booked up but if you are passing through and want to see what the course looks and feels like do pop in.

As well a lovely garden centre Dani Harrington also has a fab cafe serving yummy all sorts to why not make an afternoon of it.
