Lovely frilly striped L shaped sofa left the workshop this week for one of our interior designers!
Wanted to take this one home…

Thought this lovely deep velvet sofa deserved a post! So sumptuous it doesn’t look real!

Lots has left the workshop in the last week including this lovely pair of Toby armchairs.

Feather wrapped foam seats, and feather backs and side cushions- the perfect combo for super comfort.

Upholstered in Jumbo vanilla.
It’s been a hugely popular new fabric because it’s sooo good!

We often do lots of different things for clients, in this beautiful bedroom we have made and hung curtains in heavy linen, on new black metal poles, reupholstered this lovely armchair in a deep green boucle, recovered the end of bed bench in corduroy, redone the headboard and made a matching bed valance. Total refresh for the whole room.
All in fabrics chosen by the client.
The deep green boucle on the chair makes you want to never get up!

Today we hung the most amazing set of curtains, which my pictures don’t do justice to!
9 widths of custom printed linen, to create one glorious forest scene, lined in a striped French linen, interlined and finished with a linen fringe trim along the 4m drop edges.
The scale and finish of these is just a delight.

Now hung in the formal dining room, next to the most beautiful mouldings and deep pigmented green walls.
Ready for a Christmas feast!

A recent curtain design & fit for the loveliest client in their beautiful new home.
Lots of wibbly grade 2 listed windows, which deserve to be showed off.
Yes that is a 6.5m stretch in one go!
We used Bruges, with my favourite euro pleat header. Mixed with metal poles / tracks this is all totally my design heaven.
And those scalloped Roman blinds were 100% Emily’s vision and have worked so well in the girls room!

Congratulations to .farm on WINNING Best Restoration at the International Design & Architecture Awards 2024!
It is a Cotswolds project we made all sofas, chairs, headboards, huge cinema sofa and window seats for last year.
We worked with .sutcliffeconsultancy and the owners to design and make, as well as assisting with fabric choice and sourcing.

Very many congratulations! Well worth the hard work I know everyone on site put in. 🙌

Introducing the Nancy sofa.
If you’ve been in the workshop recently you would have seen her.
We’ve gone all out on this one- upholstering traditionally to go with the more classic design. A hand sprung seat, stitched feather and down in the back, plump feather and down cushions and then upholstered in patterned linen.
