It’s been a while since my last upcycle.
This year, I lost my beautiful mum to an aggressive brain tumour, and everything paused. Grief reshapes time, energy, and focus in ways I’m still learning to understand.

But recently, I picked up my tools again. Not because everything is fixed or healed—but because I finally felt ready. Ready to create, to restore, to reconnect with the part of me that finds peace in making something new from something old. Something I learnt to do and love from my mother.

Here’s to gentle beginnings, and to honouring her in the work I do. 💛

Just finished this unique old glass cabinet. Taken a lot of time to strip but well worth it.

Restored - 1960s Teak G Plan Fresco Coffee Table by Victor Wilkins.
Not. Too mach damage but had a few black water rings which were impossible to remove, so I removed the finish and restored this beauty.

My most recent upcycle. This is a Solid Oak Cabinet by Youngers Furniture, Toledo style.
I have modernised by brightened up the inside so you can see the contents more clearly. For sale on Marketplace.

Just finished a commission, my customer wanted to restore this family Heirloom so they could bring it back to its former self. Love this cupboards

I've been super busy with a new mischievous Puppy so not posted in a while. Recently finished this Formica Brown TLC vintage bedside drawer, which I've modified with adding legs. Hope you like 🎨

Upcycled/partial restored natural wood, writers bureau. Before photos are also uploaded. Will be for sale on Etsy/Marketplace/Gumtree.

Bathroom Vanity Unit, finished in a Eggshell oil based finish (white) inner cabinet remains original colour, has shelf and 2 holes for plumbing fixtures.

Recently finished, this was just bare wood with chipped varnish before. Will be for sale on my Etsy store soon. It's on Marketplace now.
This has been highly laqured.
