Our Story
Cwmcynwyn Farm Barn is a self catering holiday let which sleeps 12/14 people. From here leave your cars behind and walk straight out onto the Brecon Beacons up to Cribyn within an hour and onto Pen-Y Fan.
The barn has with 4 bedrooms, 3 shower rooms and a bathroom, a very spacious and well equipped kitchen with central work station, electric hob, oven, microwave, large fridge- freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and a long refectory dining table to seat 14 people. The kitchen has a stone tiled floor, steps lead down to a flag stoned area with a very large and impressive stone built central fireplace with a hand hewn semi-circular oak settle, built from green oak from the farm. A few steps take you to the main sitting area with comfortable sofas, one of which is a double sofa bed, wood burning stove, TV and DVD. Outside the stone BBQ and patio area have views down the valley. It’s a great space for group gatherings/family get togethers/stag & hen parties. There’s also a camping field with fantastic views of Cribyn/Pen y Fan for extra guests who love the outdoors.
