These images were taken on Barcelona Metro Line 9/10. The first ones show the installation phase in 2011. The following ones were taken eleven years later.

More than 20,000 metres of Unex Insulating cable trays 66 protect the wiring of one of Europe's most advanced railway infrastructures: a fully automated metro system that demands maximum reliability to ensure uninterrupted train operation.

Much of the installation runs along a viaduct close to the sea, where the cable trays are continuously exposed to UV radiation, saline conditions, vibrations and impacts. That is precisely why an insulating, corrosion-resistant solution capable of maintaining its technical performance over time was chosen.

Eleven years later, the images speak for themselves.
